House Calls Everyone dreads the day the PC won't behave itself, acts up, or won't even boot. Unfortunately, as sure as death and taxes, it's going to happen to you. Fortunately, we do make house calls, and we deal with software and hardware issues alike! Many problems that appear to be horrible hairballs can be solved rather quickly, and with a minimum of fuss and bother. We can also advise you on courses of action when a piece of hardware breaks down, or if the store you bought it from won't make good on the warranty. (Fortunately, this does not happen that often, but it does happen.) Wireless Networking problems? Don't spend hours or days tearing out your hair! Let our experience benefit you, and allow you to keep living without need of a toupee! For troubleshooting puposes, our rates are $78.60/hr. Amounts are due and payable when service is performed.
